Ingredients

  • Olive oil 3 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  • Potato 1 (thinly sliced)
  • Carrot 1 (thinly sliced)
  • Peas 1/4 cup
  • Cabbage 1 cup (finely sliced)
  • Tomato 1 (diced)
  • Tomato puree 2 tsp
  • Green chilli 1 (finely chopped)
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan, stir fry cumin and red chili powder for a while.

  2. Then add potato, carrot, peas and cabbage; cook for 3-4 minutes while stirring.

  3. Now add tomato and tomato puree and cook for 3-4 minutes.

  4. Add green chili, salt, garam masala and turmeric. Cook until all vegetables get soften.

  5. Dish out and serve with chappati.
