- As the recipe title suggest its hot and spicy chicken recipe that is great for all non-vegetarians who loves spicy foods. Its dry chicken curry, in this recipe use of kashmiri chilli paste gives particularly spicy taste and texture. You can also give charcoal smoke to Chicken Angara for barbecued aroma.

  • چکن آدھا کلو
  • تیل آدھا کپ
  • باریک کٹی پیاز ایک کپ
  • کٹی ادرک ایک کھانے کا چمچ
  • کٹا لہسن ایک کھانے کا چمچ
  • پسی کشمیری لال مرچ چھ عدد
  • پسا دھنیا ایک چائے کا چمچ
  • گرم مصالحہ ایک چائے کا چمچ
  • ٹماٹر کا پیسٹ تین کھانے کے چمچ
  • کٹا ہرا دھنیا دو کھانے کے چمچ
  • کٹی ہری مرچیں چارعدد
  • لیموں کے ٹکڑے حسب پسند

  1. ایک پین میں آدھا کپ تیل گرم کر کے اس میں باریک کٹی پیاز نرم ہونے تک فرائی کریں۔

  2. اب اس میں کٹی ادرک اور کٹا لہسن ڈال کر دو منٹ بھون لیں۔

  3. پھر اس میں پسی کشمیری لال مرچ، پسا دھنیا، گرم مصالحہ اور ٹماٹر کا پیسٹ شامل کر کے اچھی طرح فرائی کریں۔

  4. ساتھ ہی اس میں تھوڑا سا پانی ڈال دیں اور مزید بھونیں۔

  5. اس کے بعد چکن کے ٹکڑے شامل کر کے ڈھکیں اور پندرہ منٹ پکائیں، یہاں تک کہ چکن گل جائے۔

  6. اب چکن کو پلیٹ میں نکالیں اور کٹے ہرے دھنیے، کٹی ہری مرچوں اور لیموں کے ٹکڑوں سے گارنش کر کے گرم نان کے ساتھ سرو کریں۔

I wanna try to make this toohere is eng translation using google translatePound chicken½ cup olive oilA tiny cup of chopped onionEating a teaspoon of chopped gingerEating a spoon of chopped garlicOppressed Kashmiri red chilli six digitOne teaspoon ground dnyaOne teaspoon of hot spiceThree dinner spoon tomato pasteTwo dinner teaspoons chopped green dnyaChopped green chilies caraddAs a piece of lemon taste½ cup oil in a pan and heat until soft fried onions to cut the catheter.Add chopped garlic and ginger and cut it in two minutes to fry.Then the oppressed Kashmiri red chilli, ground dnya, warm spice and add tomato paste and stir well to do.Put some water in it with more bhunyn.Then add chicken pieces and cook dhkyn and fifteen minutes, until chicken melt.Remove chicken to a plate and cut the green dnyy, garnish with chopped green chillies and lemon pieces and serve with warm naan please.
