Ingredients

  • Cauliflower ½ kg
  • Potatoes (cubed &boiled) 2
  • Peas ½ cup
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Onion(sliced) 2
  • Tomatoes (chopped) 2
  • Ginger garlic 1 tsp
  • Tandoori masala 3 tbsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Garam masala powder ¼ tsp
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp (chopped)
  • Green chilies 2 (chopped)

Cooking Directions

  1. Boil cauliflower, potatoes and peas for a few minutes.

  2. Heat oil, add cumin seeds with onions fry till transparent.

  3. Add chopped tomatoes, ginger garlic paste and tandoori masala. Fry well.

  4. Add yogurt with blanched veggies. Leave it on dum for 10 minutes.

  5. Sprinkle garam masala, garnish with chopped coriander leaves and green chilies and serve.
