Heat up frying pan and dry roast cumin then crush it.
In a separate pan allow cooking cumin and water.
After a few minutes add whole red chillies, mint leaves, salt and sugar. Cover and cook.
After 8-10 minutes add in lemon juice and mix nicely.
Strain qahwa and serve hot or cold.
