Ingredients

  • Chicken breasts 3 cut in small pieces
  • Semolina 2 tbsp
  • Gram flour 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies paste 1 tsp
  • Coriander 1 tsp Crushed
  • Whole white cumin ½ tsp
  • Onion 1 grated
  • Fresh coriander ¼ cup (finely chopped)
  • Mint 1 tbsp (chopped)
  • Red chilies 1 tsp (crushed)
  • Eggs 2 beaten
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Oil for frying

Cooking Directions

  1. Mix chicken, salt, semolina, gram flour chilies, cumin, coriander, onion, fresh coriander, mint and red chilies in a bowl.

  2. Before frying add eggs and baking powder and mix well.

  3. Heat oil in a wok, fry spoonfuls of chicken mixture until golden.

  4. Remove chicken dumplings on absorbent paper.
