Cherry Shortbread Slices

Put flour, sugar, coco powder and butter in a bowl, mix well.

Add in egg and knead to soft dough, roll the dough and cut into 2 inches squares.

For topping mix butter, castor sugar, vanilla essence and milk.

Pour this mixture on biscuits.

Spread some of chopped almond, pistachio, raisins and cherries.

Bake in a pre-heated oven of 150 degrees for 15 minutes.
