  • Milk powder 2 cup
  • Fresh milk 1 1/2 cup
  • Milk solid 250 grams
  • Egg 2
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Cardamom 1 tsp (powder)
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • White flour 2 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Kewra essence few drops
  • Almond, pistachio ½ cup

Cooking Directions

  1. Take pan and boil milk in it.

  2. Now add milk solid and kewra essence into and cook it for a while.

  3. Put dry milk, clarified butter, white flour and baking powder and mix it well.

  4. Beat the egg and pour it slightly and knead it.

  5. Now make balls from the dough and put it in boiled milk.

  6. When balls comes on surface, turn off the stove.

  7. Cool it and garnish it with almond and pistachios.
