Ingredients

  • Mash pulse 1 pao
  • Cumin seed 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Onion 1
  • All spices powder 1/2 tsp
  • Whole chillies 4
  • Chilli flakes 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves 5
  • Oil 5 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
  • Green chillies 2
  • Julien ginger 1 piece

Cooking Directions

  1. Wash and boil pulse when little water remain then add salt.

  2. Add red chilli flakes, ginger garlic paste,cumin seed mix well and let it dry.

  3. Put all spices powder, julien ginger, green chillies, coriander leaves.

  4. Serve hot with naan and salad.
