In a pan mix together fish cubes, egg, garlic paste, corn flour, flour, salt, black pepper and oil.
Now deep fry till golden brown, remove from pan and keep aside.
For Sauce: In a wok heat oil, add ginger and garlic.
Fry well till golden brown.
Now add spring onion and capsicum. Cook for 2 – 3 minutes.
Add in lime juice, tomato ketchup, Worchester shire sauce, soya sauce, sugar, chicken stock, salt, black pepper and pine apple.
Cook for 2 – 3 minute.
When it comes to a boil, add corn flour dissolved in 2 tbsp water.
Cook till thickens, then add fried fish and lemon skin. Mix well.
Serve with boiled rice.
