  • Boneless Chicken ½ kg
  • Lady Finger ½ kg
  • Green Chilies 12
  • Onion 1 (sliced)
  • Ginger Garlic 1 tbsp
  • Crushed Red Chilies ½ tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
  • Roasted Cumin 2 tsp
  • Tomatoes 250g
  • Tamarind Pulp ½ cup
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Charcoal 1

Cooking Directions

  1. Cut the lady fingers from both the ends and make a cut in the centre.

  2. Now make two pieces of 12 green chilies.

  3. Heat oil and stir fry lady fingers and green chilies in it then take them out.

  4. In the remaining oil fry onion. Add ginger garlic, boneless chicken, crushed red chilies, salt, turmeric powder, roasted cumin and chopped tomatoes; cover and cook for 10 minutes.

  5. When chicken is half done, then add lady finger, green chilies and tamarind pulp and cook until chicken and lady finger cook properly.

  6. In the end put the foil in pan and place hot charcoal in it, drop 1/2 tsp oil and cover it tightly. Leave for 10 minutes.

  7. Delicious dhuwandar ladyfinger is ready.
