  • Mutton ½ kg
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Dry plum 250 gm
  • Black pepper 1 tsp (crushed)
  • All spice powder ½ tsp
  • Tomatoes 3 (chopperized)

Cooking Directions

  1. In a pan heat oil, add ginger garlic paste and mutton.

  2. Fry well till its color turn to golden brown.

  3. Now add red chili powder, salt, turmeric and water as required.

  4. Cover and cook on low flame for 20 – 25 minutes.

  5. Now remove lid, add dry plum, black pepper, all spice and tomatoes.

  6. Fry well on high flame till water dries.

  7. Dish it out and serve hot.
