Cheese Filled Chicken Bread

Pizza Dough: Mix all ingredients and knead well, rub the dough with your palm now leave it for 3 hours on kitchen counter.

Chicken Filling: In a pan add 1 tablespoon oil and saute chicken.

Add all other ingredients mix well now make a thin bread of dough and place filling in center and place cheese slice on filling (2 slices will be enough).

Then overlap both sides of bread.

Now cut thin slices of cheese and place on top.

Add capsicum slices also then bake at 160 degree C till cheese melt.

You can make 2 rolls from the dough.

Take out the roll and cut in slices.

Enjoy the hot bread with ketchup.
