If you like chicken appetizers, you will love this one. It's not your ordinary Chicken Tikka (Tandoori style) this is actually fried. Mixed with veggies perfectly ballanced meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Boneless chicken thighs (cut into bite size pieces)
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 1/2 tsp red pepper
  • 1 tsp corriander powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Cooking Directions

  1. Marinade chicken with oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, corriander and cumin powder for at least fifteen minutes to half an hour.

  2. Saute chicken in a large pot on high heat so meat doesn't give off the juices and rather fries.

  3. Continue to fry while stirring until chicken is completely cooked.

  4. Chop bell peppers and onion into chunky cubes and stir into cooked meat.

  5. Cook for 2-3 minutes on high heat to keep the vegetables firm and crisp.

  6. Remove and serve immediately.
