Marinade chicken with oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, corriander and cumin powder for at least fifteen minutes to half an hour.
Saute chicken in a large pot on high heat so meat doesn't give off the juices and rather fries.
Continue to fry while stirring until chicken is completely cooked.
Chop bell peppers and onion into chunky cubes and stir into cooked meat.
