This Chocolate Chip Cookie recipe is very similar to the recipe on the back of the bag of Nestle's Chocolate Chips and all kids never seem to tire of them. Made with unsalted butter and a combination of white and brown sugar, it produces rich and chewy cookies with caramelized edges. Special recipe of tasty cookies from Sahrmeen.

Ingredients

  • Butter 1/2 cup
  • Flour 1, 3/4 cup
  • Eggs 1
  • Sugar 1/4 cup
  • Brown sugar 1/2 cup
  • Baking soda 1/4 tsp
  • Salt 1 pinch
  • Chocolate chips 1 cup
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 300F. Sieve flour, baking soda and salt into a bowl

  2. Beat butter and both brown and white sugar until creamy.

  3. Then add the egg and beat in the vanilla essence into the batter.

  4. Now add the flour mixture and combine to form a soft doughy batter.

  5. Fold in the chocolate chips.

  6. Drop spoonfuls onto a baking tray an inch apart and bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes or until done.

  7. Remove onto a wire rack and cool completely.

  1. i really loved these cookies , i wanted somthing that could take my kids away from their technoligy and bring them to the kitchen table but as soon as i called out come trie the chocolate chip cookies i made they came running we sat ther for an hour discussing school and homework over warm chewy cookies and a cold glass of milk- i want to thank you with out you i wouldnt have discovered how well my son is doing in math and how he loves it so much that he wants to become an accountant
