Boil tomatoes and blend them.
Then fry peas, potatoes, eggplant, cauliflower, lady fingers and carrot and take it out.
Then in left over oil add tomatoes, garlic clove, red chili powder, cumin, turmeric, salt, mustard seeds and hot spices and stir it together properly.
Now add vegetables, green chilies and chick peas and allow simmering for 20 minutes.
