Ingredients

  • Fine flour 1/2 kg
  • Green cardamom powder 1 tsp
  • Walnuts 1 cup
  • Almonds 20
  • Pistachios 20
  • White sesame seeds 1 cup (roasted)
  • Sugar 2 cup
  • Cream 2 packet
  • Clarified butter or oil 1 1/2 cups

Cooking Directions

  1. Take a pan and heatup the oil, add flour and green cardamom powder into it and cook it for 5 minutes.

  2. When flour is golden brown then add almonds, pistachios, walnuts, cream and sugar.

  3. After that give them a round shape and roll on into sesame seeds.

  4. Flour laddu are ready to eat.
