Ingredients

  • Chicken breast 1 (thinly sliced)
  • Prawns 6
  • Salt 2 tsp
  • White pepper 1 tsp
  • Chicken stock 8 cups
  • Carrots 2 tbsp (cut into fine cubes)
  • Cabbage 2 tbsp (cut into fine cubes)
  • Mushrooms 4 (chopped)
  • Peas ¼ cup (boiled)
  • Spring onion leaves 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
  • Corn flour 5 tbsp (heaped dissolves in ½ cup water)
  • Egg 1
  • Bean curd 1 piece (cut into fine cube)
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp (chopped)

Cooking Directions

  1. Marinate chicken and prawns with 1 tsp salt, ½ white pepper and heat stock.

  2. Add in marinate chicken and prawns with 1 tsp salt, ½ tsp white pepper and add all the chopped vegetables, cook for 10 minutes.

  3. Thickens soup with corn flour paste.

  4. Lastly add beaten egg and coriander leaves.
