Ingredients

  • Chicken ½ kg (boneless)
  • Onion paste 2 tbsp
  • Green chillies 5 (chopped)
  • Fresh cream 1 packet
  • Oil ½ cup
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. In a clay pot heat oil and fry onion paste till it turns light brown.

  2. Then add ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder and red chili powder to cook and add chicken.

  3. When water dries add all spice powder, green chillies, fresh cream and butter and simmer for 10 minutes.

  4. Dish it out and serve with rice or naan.
