Ingredients

  • Rice 4 glass
  • Curd 1/4 kg
  • Cauliflower 1
  • Carrots 3
  • Potatoes 4
  • Peas 1/4 kg
  • French beans 1/4 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tbsp
  • Lemon 1
  • Boil eggs 2
  • Onions 2
  • All spices powder 1 tbsp
  • Green cardamom 5-6
  • Red pepper 1 tbsp
  • Mint leaves as required
  • Green chillies
  • Zarda color
  • For Raita:
  • Curd/yogurt 2 cups
  • Mint leaves few leaves
  • Green chillies 3-4
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Salt as required

Cooking Directions

  1. In a pan heat oil fry onion.

  2. Put curd in a bowl add all spices powder, ginger garlic paste, cumminseed and red pepper mix well.

  3. Add curd in fried onion and fry well put tomatoes and lemon in it cover lid and let it cook for a while.

  4. Now add mint leaves, green chillies and salt now put peas and carrot fry them on high flame.

  5. Add french beans and cauliflower fry more let it cook till tender.

  6. Peel and Cut potatoes make french fries of them.

  7. Boil rice with green cardamom, mint leaves and salt strain water.

  8. In a pan put a layer of rice add boiled eggs, a layer of vegetables, a layer of french fries spread same layers again respectively.

  9. On the top of rice sprinkle zarda color ,mint leaves , cardamom powder and squeez a lemon and baghar of oil. let it steam.

  10. For Raita:grind mint leaves, green chillies, garlic ginger paste, with 1 tbs curd/yoghurt to a fine paste.

  11. Add in rest of the curd, and mix well.

  12. Serve with vegetable biryani and salad.
