In a mixing bowl add coconut milk, red curry paste, fish sauce and kaffir lime leaves, mix it properly.
Now marinate the fish in this marinade and set aside for 25 – 30 minutes.
Then set bananas leaf in baking tray.
Placed the marinated fish on baking tray and pour the remaining marinade over it.
After this close the bananas leaf with toothpicks.
Now bake or steam the fish in a pre-heated oven for 20 – 25 minutes at 200 degree centigrade.
Now shift the fish from baking tray to serving dish.
In the end garnish with sliced red chilies and spring onions, serve.
