Grind all the ingredients (except mutton) into a paste by adding a little water.
Heat oil in a pot and add all the ingredients and fry till the oil separates.
Add the mutton to the green spices.
Fry again for some time and add sufficient water to cook the meat.
Taste the curry, if you want it spicier then add some black pepper.
Don't thicken the gravy too much.
Serve hot with rice.
