Coconut cream uses to add a delicious touch in desserts. In past I shop bought it then one day I read the ingredients and make it at home. Amazingly it was very near to original taste and texture; even I kept 5-6 days in refrigerate. You too must try it.

Ingredients

  • Coconut 70 gm (grated)
  • Coconut water 2 cup
  • Cream or milk 2 cup

Cooking Directions

  1. Take coconut water, cream or milk to make 4 cup mixture.

  2. Now in a saucepan add grated coconut and coconut mixture and cook for few minutes till starts boiling. Let the mixture cool on room temperature.

  3. Take a bowl covered with cheesecloth and put a strainer on it.

  4. Pour the coconut mixture in the bowl and lift the cloth.

  5. Pull the edges of cloth together and squash out the cream.

  6. You can use this cream up to 5 to 6 days in different desserts, or dishes.
