  • Patta gobhi or cabbage (thinly sliced) 1 medium
  • Onion seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Curry leaves 10
  • Whole red chilies 4
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Onion sliced 2
  • Turmeric 1/4 tsp
  • Chili powder 1/2 tsp
  • All spice powder 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • White cumin seeds 1 tsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Heat up oil in a pan and fry curry leaves, whole red chilies, fenugreek leaves, onion seeds, white cumin seeds and onion. Fry for 2-3 minutes.

  2. Add salt, all spice powder, turmeric, ginger garlic, red chili powder and little bit of water.

  3. Cook for 2-3 minutes and add cabbage and cover with lid for 4-5 minutes and than mix again.

  4. Cook for maximum 10 minutes and dish out for serving.
