Ingredients

  • Sweet corns 1/2 cup
  • Cucumber with skin 1
  • Tomato 1
  • Capsicum 1
  • Strawberries 5
  • Salad leaves / lettuce (hand torn) half bunch
  • Orange 1-2
  • Apple 1-2
  • Cherries few
  • Salted biscuits if desires
  • Chicken chunks if desired
  • Walnuts 1/2 cup
  • Raisin 1/4 cup
  • DRESSING:
  • Olive / cooking oil 3 tbsp
  • Mustard paste 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon juice 3 tbsp
  • Honey 2 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. For dressing, in a bowl or jar combine, mustard paste, freshly ground black pepper, salt, lemon juice, honey and shake well.

  2. Cut all fruits and vegetables into small cubes and mix them in a bowl.

  3. At the end pour the dressing over them and toss it.

  4. Serve and enjoy.
