Slit green chillies and keep aside.
Mix together tamarind pulp, tomato ketchup, pickle spice, salt, crushed red pepper and jaggery in a bowl.
Stuff this mixture in the green chilies.
Now heat oil in a frying pan and fry stuffed green chillies in it.
Put put the fried chillies in a jar, pour the remaining oil in jar.
Use as required.
