Ingredients

  • Green chilies 10
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • Jaggery 1 tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Tamarind 2 tbsp
  • Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
  • Pickle spice 2 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Slit green chillies and keep aside.

  2. Mix together tamarind pulp, tomato ketchup, pickle spice, salt, crushed red pepper and jaggery in a bowl.

  3. Stuff this mixture in the green chilies.

  4. Now heat oil in a frying pan and fry stuffed green chillies in it.

  5. Put put the fried chillies in a jar, pour the remaining oil in jar.

  6. Use as required.
