Line a springform of about 23 cm in diameter, with aluminium foil, grease the lining and dust with flour.
(See Note below) Preheat the oven! Bake in medium hot oven for about 45 minutes, or until fully cooked when tested with a skewer.
Cool for 10 minutes then remove from the tin.
When completely cooled off, turn the cake upside down, then cut it horizontally into two.
Spoon some chocolate mixture into a pastry bag with a small nozzle.
Place the pastry bag into the refrigerator until the chocolate has become thicker, then decorate the cake.
