Ingredients

  • Extra virgin olive oil 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1/4 cup
  • Zucchini (Thauri) 2
  • Chicken breast 2
  • Spinach 1/2 (bunch/ghathi)
  • Onion (sliced) half
  • Walnut 1/2 cup
  • Mint 1/4 cup
  • Lemon peel as needed
  • Salt as needed
  • Black pepper as needed

Cooking Directions

  1. To Cook Chicken: Take very thin pieces of chicken breast.

  2. With hands oil them very lightly.

  3. Season with salt and black pepper.

  4. Fry it and add 3-4 tbsp water to make it boil.

  5. Cut the chicken into small pieces.

  6. Now sauté the zucchini.

  7. Chop onion and mint.

  8. To Assemble Salad: Now take walnut in a bowl.

  9. Add grated lemon peel, mint and zucchini.

  10. Add spinach and chicken pieces in the above mixture.

  11. Add lemon juice and olive oil in the above mixture.

  12. Mix them all well.

  13. Put the salad in fridge for 30 minute.

  14. Serve it cold.

  15. The salad is ready to serve.

  16. Tip: Pineapple, Extra version olive oil, oily fish and  walnut are good for osteoporosis.
