Make a full bowl of crispy chickpeas and enjoy on weekends with whole family. This crispy chickpeas are very easy to roast into oven you can make these with leftover boiled chickpeas too. If desired sprinkle some chat masala on to chickpeas.

Ingredients

  • White chickpeas 1 cup (boiled)
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Hot spice powder 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. Toss chickpeas in oil, hot spice powder and salt.

  2. Heat the oven on 180 C.

  3. Spread chickpeas on greased baking try and roast for 15 minutes or until brown and crispy.
