Ingredients

  • Chicken boneless 250 gm
  • Lemon 1
  • Onion 1
  • Capsicum 2
  • Tomato 1
  • Nutmeg powder 1 pinch
  • Cinnamon 1 pinch (ground)
  • Saffron color 1 pinch
  • Macaroni ½ cup
  • Garlic 1 tsp (finely chopped)
  • Oil 5 tsp
  • Paprika or red chili powder ¼ tsp
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. Add finely chopped garlic, lemon squeezed, paprika or red chili powder, nutmeg powder, ground cinnamon, saffron color, oil and salt and black pepper to boneless chicken and marinate for 10 – 12 minutes.

  2. Chop a tomato, onion and capsicum into cubes.

  3. Add oil to a pan and cook marinated chicken on medium flame until your chicken is tender.

  4. Then add vegetable cubes to it, stir briefly and take off the flame.

  5. In a medium cooking pot, heat oil and add finely sliced onion, macaroni and a cup of water.

  6. Cook until the water dries up.

  7. Your Koresa Shashlik with Macaroni Pilaff is ready.
