  • Refined flour 450 grams
  • Baking powder 2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Carom seeds 2 tsp
  • Powdered milk 1 tbsp
  • Cinnamon powder 1 tsp
  • Oats (crushed) 3 tbsp
  • Castor sugar 125 grams
  • Butter or clarified butter 240 grams

Cooking Directions

  1. Put refined flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl.

  2. Mix well and sift.

  3. Add butter or clarified butter, carom seeds, powdered milk, cinnamon powder, oats, and sugar to the flour.

  4. Knead into dough with water.

  5. Place the dough on a cutting board and knead for about 20 minutes.

  6. Roll out the dough and with the help of a round cutter cut out biscuits from it and place them in a baking tray covered with butter paper.

  7. Place the baking tray in a pre-heated oven at 180 degree C and bake for 15-20 minutes.

  8. Special Spicy Cookies are ready.
