Ingredients

  • Clarified butter 1 cup
  • All purpose flour 2 cup
  • Solid milk 1 cup
  • Super fine sugar ¼ cup
  • Oil for frying
  • Coconut for garnish (colored, shredded)

Cooking Directions

  1. Rub clarified butter and until they are like bread crumbs.

  2. Add little bit of water if the dough is too tight.

  3. Knead and set aside.

  4. Roll the dough and cut big circles with cookie cutter.

  5. Fry solid milk and add sugar.

  6. Stuff circles with it and fold in moon shape. Seal edges tightly.

  7. Deep fry until golden.

  8. Serve with colored shredded coconut.
