Ingredients

  • Chicken 300 gm (boneless)
  • Eggs 2 (whipped)
  • Spring onion 2-3 strands
  • Turmeric powder ½ ts
  • Red chili powder ½ tsp
  • Green chilies 2-3
  • Ginger 1 inch piece
  • All purpose flour 2-3 tbsp
  • Baking powder 1 pinch
  • Bread crumbs ½ cup
  • Black pepper ½ tsp (crushed)
  • Oil for fry
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. Add boneless chicken, strands of spring onion, turmeric powder, red chili powder, green chilies, ginger, all purpose flour, baking powder, bread crumbs, black pepper and salt in a chopper and chop.

  2. Now add eggs and mix it well. Make the balls and keep in a plate.

  3. Heat oil in a deep wok and fry the balls.

  4. At last take it out in a serving platter and serve it with sauce and vegetables.
