Finely chop cauliflower and lightly fry in oil.
In the remaining oil add onion, ginger garlic paste and mustard seeds.
Fry for 1 -2 minutes.
Now add yogurt, cumin, crushed coriander, turmeric, crushed red pepper, chili powder, salt, potatoes, tomatoes, fried cauliflower and 1 cup water.
Cover and cook for 8 – 10 minutes.
Remove lid and fry well, till oil forms a layer.
Lastly add coriander leaves, dry fenugreek leaves and all spice powder.
Dish it out and serve hot.
