Take deep pan put mutton, onion, ginger garlic and all spices beside whole red chilies add water. Cover pan with lid cook for 35 minutes.
Add oil in mutton stir well until oil become on top.
Whip the yogurt and put into mutton add whole red chilies cover with lid cook until the mutton become tender garnish with chilies and coriander

hey i mother in law makes this namkeen gosht recipe almost the same way. just that she doesnt add yogurt. she puts all the ingredients and pressure cook if in hurry. otherwise for better taste slowly cook for 1,2 hours. it just turns out delicious ... people who like mutton should love this recipe.
is any one cook through this recipe yet pls let us know what u tkink abt the recipe , for me in 1 kg mutton use 6 big cardimon and 7 stick cinamon dos'nt make a sense. regards
