  • Mayonnaise 1/4 cup
  • Pommery Mustard 1/4 cup
  • Fresh Lime Juice 2 tbsp
  • Green Onions (coarsely minced) 2
  • Red Onions (finely minced) 1/2 cup
  • Garlic Cloves (finely minced) 2
  • Fresh Dill (coarsely minced) 3 tbsp
  • Baby Potatoes 400 grams
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Crispy Garlic for garnishing

Cooking Directions

  1. Cut potatoes in  halves, boil in water until easily pierced with fork, drain and set aside.

  2. Combine all the ingredients except potatoes mixing well.

  3. Pour over baby potatoes, seasoning with salt and pepper, sprinkle with dill and garnish with crispy garlic.
