  • Puff pastery 250 gm
  • Bhuna keema 2 cups
  • Boiled eggs 4
  • Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies chopped 2
  • Garam masala powder ½ tsp
  • Ingredients for white sauce
  • Butter 1 ounce
  • Flour 1 tbsp heaped
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Salt, pepper, mustard ½ tsp each

Cooking Directions

  1. Divide puff pastry in two parts and roll out very thin both parts.

  2. Line one rolled puff pastry in pie dish.

  3. For making mince filling, add white sauce, eggs, coriander leaves, green chiles and garam masala powder in mice.

  4. Shift this filling on the rolled pastry, cover with remaining rolled pastry, brush with beaten egg, bake in a pre-heated oven on 200 degree C for 20 minutes.

  5. Cut into slices and serve.

  6. For White Sauce: Heat butter in pan then saute flour. Remove from heat and gradually add milk while stirring.

  7. Return to heat and cook while stirring until thick. Add salt, pepper and mustard and remove from heat.
