Fry green chilies, garlic cloves, brinjals and tomatoes on a low flame or bake them in the oven.
Now remove the skin of brinjal and tomatoes and grind the tomatoes to form puree.
Then mash green chilies, garlic and brinjals in a mixing bowl.
Now add chopped onion, chopped coriander, tamarind paste and salt, mix well.
Dish out and serve.
