Ingredients

  • 1 Lemon juice
  • Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Blue Colour 1 drop
  • Water 1 cup
  • Ice cubes 3-4
  • Peppermint essence few drops
  • For garnish
  • Mint leaves 2-3
  • Decorative Umbrella
  • lemon ring/slice

Cooking Directions

  1. Dissolve few blue colour drops in half bowl of water.

  2. Put all ingredients in blender.

  3. Also add 2 tbsp of dissolved colour.

  4. Blend all well.

  5. Decorate with mint leaves serve immedietly.
