Ingredients

  • For Cheese Sauce:
  • Unsalted butter 2 tbsp
  • Flour 4 tbsp
  • Cheddar cheese 1/3 cup
  • Milk 2 cups
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Black peper 1/4 tsp
  • Mustard powder 1/4 tsp
  • Red chilli flakes 1/4 tsp
  • For Tomato Red Sauce:
  • Tomato puree 1 cup
  • Ketchup 2 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Chopped garlic 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp or to taste
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Oregano leaves 1/2 tsp
  • Red chilli flakes 1/2 tsp
  • For Wraps/Crepes:
  • Flour 2 cups
  • Eggs 2
  • Salt 1/2 tsp to 1 tsp
  • Black peper 1/4 tsp
  • Water as required
  • Filling:
  • Chicken boneless cubes 2 cups
  • Garlic chopped 2 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Bell peppers chopped 1 cup
  • Onion chopped 1 medium
  • Tomatoes chopped 2 large
  • Mushrooms 1/2 cup chopped
  • Tomato puree 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1 1/2 tsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 3 tbsp
  • Red chilli flakes 1 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 2 tsp
  • Oregano leaves 1 tsp
  • Cheddar cheese for topping

Cooking Directions

  1. For Cheese Sauce: Cook butter and flour until aroma comes. Add milk and stir till become smooth.

  2. Add seasonings cook on low heat until thick then add cheese. When cheese melts its ready.Set a side.

  3. For Tomato Red Sauce: Heat oil and saute garlic then add puree cook.

  4. Add seasonings and ketchup cook until become shiny. Set a side.

  5. For Crepes: Mix flour, salt, pepper, eggs well with whisk. when lumps ends add water and mix. It should be thick liquid.

  6. Heat a non stick frying pan and grease with oil. Pour this batter with deep spoon and make thin crepes just like thin pan cakes.

  7. Cook 1 mint to each side. Its done, set a side.

  8. Filling: Heat oil add garlic when aroma comes add chicken and soya sauce. Cook well.

  9. Add tomato puree, all vegetables and spices and cook until chicken and vegetables tender.

  10. At the end add lemon juice, toss and its ready.

  11. Assembling: Take a deep Pyrex dish. Start with red sauce followed by cheese sauce.

  12. Then cut round crepes in half. Layer with crepes then filling.

  13. Repeat until everything utilized, in top layer spread red and cheese sauce. Place bell pepper strip on it. Sprinkle grated cheese.

  14. Now bake it for 15 mints. Serve hot.
