  • Beef undercut slices ½ kg
  • Corn flour 3 tbsp
  • Chicken cube 1
  • Carrot slices 2 julienne
  • Onion finely chopped 2
  • Cabbage half sliced
  • Green beans 1 cup
  • Spring onions 4 strings
  • Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Ginger and garlic crushed 2 tbsp
  • Oil 4 tbs
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté chopped ginger and garlic, till they give off their aroma.

  2. Add finely chopped onions and fry them for 1-2 minutes.

  3. Add undercut beef slices and fry on a high flame till the color starts changing.

  4. Then add half of cabbage slices, green beans, carrot and spring onions chopped and cook it on high flame for 10 minutes.

  5. Add chicken cube, black pepper crushed, salt, soya sauce and water as required and mix well.

  6. Cook for 2 - 3 minutes.

  7. Now mix corn flour dissolved in water and pour slowly into the gravy until it thickens.

  8. Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve with spegetti.
