Ingredients

  • Sweet corn 1 cup
  • Macaroni 2 cup (boiled)
  • Chicken 2 cup (boiled and shredded)
  • Cheddar cheese ½ cup (grated)
  • Cheddar cheese 3 tbsp (grated)
  • For White Sauce:
  • Butter 4 oz
  • Flour 3 oz
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Mustard powder ½ tsp
  • Milk 2 cup
  • Water 1 cup heaped

Cooking Directions

  1. For White Sauce: Melt butter in a pan, add flour with salt, black pepper and mustard.

  2. Add 2 cups milk and 1 cup water, whisk well, cook on low flame till sauce thickens.

  3. In the white sauce mix sweet corn, macaroni, chicken with ½ tsp cheddar cheese, mix well.

  4. Pour into oven proof baking dish.

  5. Top with 3 tbsp grated cheddar cheese, bake for 20 minutes on 200 degree C.

  6. Serve hot.
