  • Rice 250 gm
  • Corn 1/2 cup
  • Eggs 2
  • Green shallots 2 leaves
  • Worcestershire sauce 2 spoons
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic 4 cloves
  • Oil 1/4 cup

Cooking Directions

  1. First of all, boil rice.

  2. Heat oil in a pan and brown the thinly copped garlic in it.

  3. Then add beaten eggs.

  4. Thinly slice two green shallots and put in it.

  5. Also add boiled corn grains then fry it.

  6. After cooking for 3 to 4 minutes, add rice.

  7. Add worcestershire sauce, salt and black pepper, mix the ingredients over high flame till rice is dried and all the ingredients are mixed well.

  8. Simmer it for 8 to 10 minutes.

  9. Your dish is ready.

  10. Garnish with sliced cucumber and lettuce leaf. Serve it with yogurt sauce (Raita)

  11. Zakir's Tip: Add a few pieces of thinly chopped ginger and coriander leaves while boiling rice, It will produce and aroma in rice.
