Luscious Kebabs is very easy to prepare, after adding all spices put into baking dish and topped with yellow colored yogurt, smoked and then baked. Cut into square pieces and Serve it with parathas, onion rings and chuttnies.

Ingredients

  • Mince 250 gm
  • Raw papaya 1 tsp
  • Poppy seeds 1 tsp heaped
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp heaped
  • Brown onion grinded 2 tbsp
  • All spice ½ tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Roasted gram 1 tbsp (ground)
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Yellow color a pinch
  • Coriander seeds 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Black cumin ½ tsp
  • Red chili whole 8
  • Desiccated coconut 1 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Roast separately coriander seeds, cumin seeds, black cumin seeds, whole red chili and desiccated coconut then grind together finely with poppy seeds and roasted gram.

  2. Mix this with your mince, raw papaya, brown onion, ginger garlic paste, salt, all spice, mix all very well.

  3. Grease a baking tray, spread the mince on it.

  4. Spread the yogurt mixed with a yellow color evenly on top of mince.

  5. Give steam of coal, bake on 150 Degree C for 30 minutes.

  6. Cut in square.

  7. Serve with onion rings, chopped coriander and mint leaves.
