  • Milk 1 ½ kg
  • Sugar 1/4th of a cup
  • Rice (powder) 1/4th of a cup
  • Condensed milk 1tsp
  • Almond 15
  • Cashew (Kajoo) 15
  • Pistachio 15
  • Green cumin powder (sabz ilaaichii) 1 pinch
  • Safron (zafraan) 1 pinch

Cooking Directions

  1. In a big pan let’s boil the milk first and let it cool down and thick.

  2. Now add rice powder, cumin powder, and some almond, and cashews in milk and cook it.

  3. Now add condensed milk and sugar in pan and continue stirring during the cooking process.

  4. Add some saffron in it to give a special flavor and cook it well.

  5. Let it cool down or place in refrigerator for short time and after that garnish with nuts.

  6. Cashew pudding (kajoo ki kheer) is ready to serve, enjoy it.
