  • Readymade dough 2 kg pack
  • Cinnamon 1 tbsp (grounded)
  • Caster sugar ½ cup
  • Almonds and nuts ¼ cup (crushed)
  • Milk ½ cup
  • Eggs whites 2
  • Cocoa 1 tsp
  • Vanilla Powder 2 tbsp
  • Egg yolks 2-3

Cooking Directions

  1. First of all for the filling of Puff Pastry Classic Croissant add sugar and cinnamon in a bowl and mix well.

  2. Now add nuts and milk in cinnamon mixture and muddle it up.

  3. After mixing add egg whites, cocoa and vanilla powder.

  4. Mix meticulously with the help of spoon that the mixture becomes smooth.

  5. Take a board spread some flour and placed the readymade dough on it. Roll it to make it a little thin.

  6. Place the entire mixture/filling on thin dough.

  7. Now take one end of dough and close it with opposite end forming a triangular shape.

  8. Roll this triangle and give it a half-moon shape.

  9. Repeat the same process and make as much puffs as you want.

  10. With the quantities mentioned above you can easily make 6-8 puff croissants.

  11. In a small bowl add two yolks and one tablespoon of water.

  12. Stir it well and apply on the puffs and place them in the oven tray.

  13. Sprinkle a good quantity of water.

  14. Now put the tray in a 180 degree pre-heated oven.

  15. When the yolk colour on puffs turns to golden take out the tray and let them cool for a while.

  16. Serve it as a side dish in your parties.
