Cook sugar with water till it changes colour when it becomes brown, thick caramel is ready.
Boil milk on low heat.
Add eggs, vanilla essence, soaked Jallebi and mix well and further boil the milk.
Now in the baking dish spread caramel on the base.
Then pour the mixture.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for 35 minutes and serve.
Decorate with Jallebi and cream.
You can also use steam boiler instead of oven.
