  • Maida (Flour) 2 cups
  • Oil for deep frying
  • Ghee (or Oil) 2 tbsp
  • Water to knead
  • Salt 1/2 tsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Make a soft dough with the maida, ghee and water, add a pinch of salt.

  2. Roll out into neat, round shaped flat puris.

  3. Heat oil in a deep pan or kadhai.

  4. Deep fry each puri separately.

  5. Make sure the luchi stays cream in colour and does not turn brown.
