  • Chicken mince 250 gm
  • Puff dough 300 gm
  • Oil 2 – 3 tbsp
  • Onion 1 (chopped)
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp (crushed)
  • Salt to taste
  • Green chilies 2 – 3 (chopped)
  • Egg 1 (for brushing)

Cooking Directions

  1. Heat oil in a pan and fry onion to fry.

  2. Then add chicken with ginger garlic paste to sauté.

  3. Then put black pepper and salt to cook.

  4. In the end add green chilies and cook till dry.

  5. Dish it out and cool it.

  6. Now roll the puff dough and cut round with the help of cutter.

  7. Now place the mixture in the center and brush the egg on the edges and bake in oven from 20 to 25 minute on 200c.

  8. Serve with ketchup.
