Microwave Chicken Karhai

In a microwave proof bowl add the chopped tomatoes, chopped green chilies, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, black pepper powder, crushed cumin, crushed coriander, water, oil and salt.

Mix all ingredients together, then add the chicken, stir again.

Heat in microwave at 100 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes.

Take out from microwave add the whole green chilies..

Put the dish back into the microwave and heat on same temperature for 5 minutes.

Garnish with ginger and serve.
