Heat oil in a wok, add garlic and sauté till golden brown.
Now add dry red chilies, lemon juice and beef undercut.
Fry well till its color turn to golden brown.
Now add onion, capsicum and spring onion. Cook for 1 – 2 minutes.
Add chili garlic sauce, oyster sauce, salt and black pepper. Mix well.
Dish it out and serve with boiled rice.
